Why Apple Notes is the Most Underrated Productivity App on Your iPhone

This is another app that comes standard with an Apple device. Is it useful? I don’t know. But let’s read on.

Note App

This is what it looks like.

You can put a lot of things in that app. You can also

  • Create folders
  • Create notes in the folder
  • You can sort them
    • Alpha
    • Date created
  • You can lock them to protect them from prying eyes

You can do a lot with these notes. This comes in real handy. You can do bullet points and complete things as you go.

Like you can say, I need to get the following for my Server rack

  • NAS
    • Plex
    • Files
    • Protect
    • YouTube
  • Switch
    • 48-port
  • Cables
  •  Patch panel
    • 48-port or 2 24-port patch panel
  • Bigger rack

You could check these off once you get them if these were bullet points. I don’t have a Job, so I cannot get them all right now. Actually, I can’t get anything right now. But that is besides the point. I can get a patch panel first, then the switch, then the NAS one at a time. I can then complete them to show me what I still need to get.

Comes in handy.

Use it

Yes, I use it all the time, and I have a ton of notes. I am always adding something to it—maybe too much. But this app is useful for your smartphone or tablet.

Only thing

I would like to see a lot of things happen in the notes. But I would love to see it integrated into the calendar and reminder apps. I am not sure in what way. I have something in my head, but it would be nice.

Next Week

I will be talking about the Apple ecosystem, which should be good. Come back
