Unlocking Veersatility: USB A Twin Adapter Plug

In all the gadgets that I have, this might be the most interesting one. Why do I say that nicely? Let’s find out why.

I picked up this little thing

It came in a pack of 2. I got it to plug a couple of phone chargers for the great room. You know, while sitting on the couch, you can charge your phone or tablet.

However, that was short-lived as it was just too darn awkward and not feasible for that option.

What now

What now? I mean, I have a couple of these now. It turns one USB A port into two. SO I could use it with my laptop. However, I don’t have any USB-A ports. I have a lot of USB-C or Thunderbolt ports.

I mean, I have a lot of USB-A cables and devices that use that type of USB. To make this work, I thought I would need to discuss it in a later post, on August 7, 2025. But, this is what I figured out to do.

I used this

To connect this to my MacBook Pro, I can then use the two USB-A ports.

It works.

Not my intention

Even if this wasn’t the intention of using this gadget, it works out.  I can also use this in my office. I can use this on a cruise ship. It works as needed.
